The commissioner for youth development in Cross River State, Barr. Ijom Ukam has expressed Governor Bassey Otu's intentionality about Agricultural productivity and food security in the State. The minister of Agriculture and food security in Nigeria Sen. Abubakar Kyari, during the 46th National council on Agriculture and food security meeting held in calabar Cross River State, decorated Mr. Abam Bassey with the prestigious award of Best Extension Worker In Nigeria.
