Leader Of Etung legislative Council Embarkd On Facility Tour To Schools, Charged Students To Be Students To Be Studious



The 7th leader of Etung legislative council, Hon. ThankGod Ekpunse who is also councilor representing Abia ward in Etung local Government, yesterday embarked on a facility tour to his alma mater St. Francis Primary School and Ogim-Onor secondary school, both in Abia Etung Local Government Area.

Hon.ThankGod who is a product of both schools, during an interactive session with teachers and students of the institutions charged the student to be good ambassadors of the institution by being diligent and committed to their academic activities, emphasized education as requisite for the attainment of their desired ambitions, while he encouraged teachers of the schools to put in their best in offering the students quality education as the people first administration of Sen.Prince Bassey Otu is committed to improving the welfare of teachers in the State.


The legislative leader pledged his commitment to the structural and academic advancement of the schools, stated that the schools which are amongst best schools in Cross River State have imparted inestimable knowledge and values in him, thus he will integrally contribute to sustainability of quality education in the Schools.
