C'River Government Prosecute Environmental Sanitation Law's Violators In The State.
The mobile sanitation court set up by the Cross River State Government to prosecute violator's of the sanitation law's of the State, have over the weekend prosecuted over eighty individuals who contravened the environmental sanitation laws of the state. The individuals who were arrested by the task force team of the Cross River State Ministry of Environment during there supervision of the State wide environmental sanitation exercise, had committed different punishable offence's stated in the sanitation law, which includes disregarding the restriction of human and vehicular movement during the hours of sanitation exercise, refusal to partake in the sanitation exercise, selling during the hours of the sanitation exercise and opening of business premises for operations during the hours of the environmental sanitation exercise.
